Lincoln Creek Village

Lincoln Creek Village is a 60 acre, 436 unit, master planned community in Parker, CO, that was rezoned and replatted to include 200 condominiums, 198 town homes and 64 single family residences all of which surround a 7 acre park. The project is entered by crossing a newly constructed bridge. A metropolitan district was formed for this community and manages the site amenities. Baton executives managed this project and the entire approval process with the governing municipality for the rezoning, replatting and site plan approvals. Furthermore, they completed all of the “spine” infrastructure throughout the project leaving finished lots and “super pads” for vertical construction.

The Strada

The Strada is a single four-story, 29 unit building built over a single level of underground parking. This project located in Denver, CO has eleven floor plans for sale which range in size from 1073 to 1423 square feet with an average of 1289 square feet. The site work consisted of minor demolition, grading, and minor water and sanitary improvements. Additional projects are described in detail at the end of this brochure.
